CONSTITUTION OF BENCHES

1. Notice No.01/2022 of the Court of Appeal is hereby amended as follows with effect from 21.07.2022 until further notice.
2. Hon.Justice Sampath B. Abayakoon is nominated to hear and determine all matters allocated to Court No.109, with Hon.Justice K.K.A.V. Swarnadhipathi until further notice. This nomination is in addition to usual sittings in Court No.110 as per Notice No.01/2022.
3. The commencement of proceedings in Court no. 109 will be notified in the daily court list.
