Notice 04/30/2025 is hereby amended as follows:

 

01. All the cases listed on 05.05.2025 & 06.05.2025 in all divisions of the Court of Appeal (except Court No.301) will be mentioned on 19.05.2025 & 20.05.2025 respectively in the respective divisions of the Court of Appeal. Only Court No.301 will sit on 05.05.2025 as scheduled.
02. All interim/stay/status quo/ enjoining orders issued in any of the cases thus re-scheduled, shall stand extended until the next date of such case.
03. Any party affected by such extension shall file a motion with notice to the other party, moving that such matter be taken up on an urgent basis on/or after 07/05/2025.
