Notice No. 17/2022 of the Court of Appeal will be rescinded hereby, with effect from 26th September 2022 and the Court of Appeal Notice No.01/2022(dated 03rd January 2022) will continue to be in operation in respect of Constitution of Benches of the Court of Appeal.
