1. The Court of Appeal will be shifting to the newly refurbished old Ministry Building at the Superior Court Complex with effect from 15.01.2025 and all Court Houses, Record Rooms and other branches of the Court of Appeal will be operating there from.

Due to the shifting process still ongoing, some of the regular services such as issuing of Certified Copies, Judgments, Journal Entries, Etc… will not be available until 27″ of January 2025.

The Record Room reference as well as the Computer Reference facility for the daily case list, Journal Entries and next case dates at the Court of Appeal will not be available until the next week.

Inconvenience to the Lawyers and the General public is very much regretted.

2. In view of the Court of Appeal being shifted to a new building from 15/01/2025, the Court of Appeal court rooms will be renumbered. Yet the old numbers, too, will be in use until the public and lawyers become familiar with the new system.
