SITTINGS OF THE COURT OF APPEAL DURING THE PERIOD 04th JULY 2022 TO 08th JULY 2022
1) Taking into consideration the prevailing situation due to the shortage of fuel and the limited availability of public transport and the need to ensure conserving fuel while attending to urgent and essential work, the scheme contained in the Court of Appeal Notice No.10/2022 dated 27th June 2022 will continue to be in operation until 08th July 2022.
2) All cases scheduled to be listed before all Divisions of the Court of Appeal for Argument, Support, Mention, Judgment / Order during the period 04th July 2022 – 08th July 2022 will not be heard/mentioned as scheduled.
3) All such cases shall be re-scheduled on a date which shall be notified in due course.
