- All Divisions of the Court of Appeal will not function on 21st and 22nd January 2021 as a COVID-19 precautionary measure.
- The Registry of the Court of Appeal will also not function during that period.
- All Divisions of the Court of Appeal will commence on 25th January 2021.
- All cases fixed for 20th January 2021, 21st January 2021 and 22nd January 2021 will be mentioned before the Division of this Court set out in the Schedule to Notice No. 2/2021 (the Appropriate Division), on 3rd February 2021, at 9.30a.m.
- In terms of Notice No.3/2021, all cases that were fixed for 27th October 2020, 28th October 2020 and 29th October 2020 were to be taken up for the same purpose on 20th January 2021, 21st January 2021 and 22nd January 2021, respectively. These cases will now be mentioned before the Appropriate Division, on 3rd February 2021, at 10.30a.m.
- All cases fixed for 3rd February 2021 will be taken up before the Appropriate Division, after the conclusion of the cases referred to in paragraphs (4) and (5) above.
- All stay orders issued by the Court of Appeal which were due to lapse on 20th January 2021, 21st January 2021, 22nd January 2021 and 25th January 2021 shall stand extended until 5th February 2021.
